What makes you most happy at work?

Getting to help and assist people and the wonderful people I meet and get to converse with.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Understanding the situation on the ground including the daily struggles that their metrics and data dont show

What did you like most about the interview process?

I knew I had the job before I walked out the door. Little did i know they were critically understaffed and lacking any sort of talent.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Better compensation in totality given the hours we work are peak hours during the afternoon evening and holidays. Their should be incentive to working a schedule that changes weekly.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

They sit idly by and allow poor service to continue. They show zero grit for when it gets tough. They will not give their all they just go through the motions.
