Training!!!! People are so rude, dont know anything !!!

I told already TRAININGS before managers had training now they don't know anything
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Training all of them !!! The new managers are lazy un knowledgeable, just threatening and bully the coworker's, there people are still there because they cant lose their jobs and say anything
