The store manager is very petty and not helpful. He and my department manger are usually standing arounf talking , knowing how understaff we are and how busy it gets but never landing a hand. Wished i had never worked there, big mistake on my part!!

Knowing some others show up to work, not go disappearring during work hours
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Of course, everyone in my department feels undervalued. We are being pay way under fair market price. This is one of the main reason i just quit, the other main reason is managers don't help out regardless how busy or understaff we are.
