I will never write online or paper how i feel things are at the store i work at. I feel theres a lot of favoritism there but lets leave it at that.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Customer service manager is very nice, really tries to keep an upbeat attitude.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have a couple ppl that i know i can count on, that i know i can talk to.
What makes you most happy at work?
When im able to see my kods with their sports events instead of having to tell them "my boss wont give me the day off.
What did you like most about the interview process?
At the time of hire. They said everything i wanted to hear, said the day I need off wouls be no problem at all. Let's just say I should have gotten it all in writing
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The main store manager is pretty rude and makes employees that have children feel like they have to choose to work F/T or have family time. He is very harsh in his choice of words as well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Inwould paid more monwy for better dental benefits. Also employees that love farther then 20 min from the store ahould get a monthly gas offset pay. I live over an hour away and half my weekly check pays for gas and only gas
