When you cut so many hours it effects customer service, now i dont see as many liyal custmers coming in because they cant get checked out in a timely manner. Very sad to see.

There was a leader in this store now we have a MANAGER!!! Leaders lead their team not cut them off at the knees!!

That we all hope that the gutting of the hours STOP so we can get back to seving what is left of our valueable customers!!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Since new manager came on board hours have been gutted to death. I have watched front end go to massuve confusion and long lines on senior day, to where the seniors arent even coming in anymore even though we are next to a huge retirement spartment complex.
