
Better communication from everyone at the store
Stop lying to employees stop telling them that you care about them when you don't
Again, better management that cares about people communicates any issues that are going on if there's mistakes that are being made or errors that are being made addressed them with sent employee
Address employer errors or mistakes immediately. don't allow the problem to continue and watch the cameras for years to then be able to turn around and sue employees for unnecessary money if management allows employees to get away with things deal with management or get better leadership.
Nothing positive really a hard worker I show up on time I'm reliable only to watch as all my coworkers are one by one interrogated in the room and sent home for things that management allows them to do and then wants to turn around and sue them for merchandise.
