Harris Teeter goes out of their way to make customers happy. They provide training to employees on how to do this.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Working in the deli for a closing shift there is just too much to do in not enough time. Our clock out time is supposed to be 8:30 but we usually don't finish until 9:30-10 sometimes even longer and then we get yelled at for going over our hours. I feel like too much is expected from closing crew.
