Many different tasks to accomplish each day keeps job exciting and never boring. Interacting with co workers and customers
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication. Poor retention and recruiting lead to more work and stress for employees and an inability to get daily tasks completed causing lost revenue and missed sales opportunities. Executive team does not visit with or get feedback from associates to help improve store.
