Ok, to bad, to worse, to horrible. I'm only sticking it out because were in a pandemic and jobs are scarce and I'm a loyalist. That will change with time.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Human rights and value given to associates.
What do you like best about your company?
Profit share incentive although they use it as a threatening device and hold it over your head.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They work hard and we rely on one another because we know upper mgmt and executive team won't. My team has a culture of we not me...corporate could learn from us.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Fellow team members. Can wear headphones while stocking instead of listening to company radio scream at us that we're heroes while not even seeing us as human. Were just assets no.more important than a printer.
