What did you like most about the interview process?

They were very welcoming, made the work environment sound nice.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I worked in a few departments, people work very hard its admirable, they deserve to be treated better.

What makes you most happy at work?

My coworkers. Even when things were rough, we stuck together. I loved working in the Starbucks most, less management to deal with, great customers.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They will pay new hires more than people who have been there years. Store manager talks down to employees instead of to them, very demeaning.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Employees deserve respect from management. Department managers are usually great, store manager and upper management treat people awful. Needs to be better and equal pay. Employees are some of the best people I know.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need to treat people like humans not robots. Also whenever upper management visited, store management made employees lives hell. They also need to do better with equal pay. You can be there 5 years and make 2 less an hour than someone new.
