I cant think of anything positive

Too easy and too informal
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are not paid competitively and there is zero transparency regardibg pay.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. They have no regard for store associates. Only concerned about profits and jeepibg their jobs.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too much to list but the comoany has no clue what world class customer service means.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everything in general. The worst coworkers I've ever had anyplace. You truly get what you pay for here. HR has no clue what goes on at store level.
