More staff and more money. Caring administrators would be a bonus.

Most don't care about anything but numbers. Those who do aren't hears or get replaced.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The administrators don't care about the worker bees and there is no adequate compensation for covid.
