For the most part, people are treated fairly and with respect.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together and help the other out when they become buried inpatients.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The director is excellent. I believe she cares about her entire staff and tries to be fair to them all.
What did you like most about the interview process?
There was a relaxed approach to my interview. The director didnt try to intimate me. She really made me want to work for her
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health benefits are really important to me. After medical insurance, its having PTO. If you get destaffed you can use it to keep your pay steady. I really love that.
