Having two patients so that I can give each enough time.

I liked that I got to meet several leaders during the process.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work nights which has limited resources both in supplies and staff. We have learned to work together to accomplish our tasks.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
If I have a problem or make a mistake I know I can go to my leadership team and they will help me or teach me not, reprimand me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Nurses are not paid enough. Turnover is horrible because of it. I shouldn't have to beg for a raise with a binder of homework. It should be based on experience, time, and growth in my specific area.
