poor communicators. No transparency. Undermines what nurses need and expects them to work in unsafe conditions with unsafe patient loads

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

great team work from everyone in the area

What did you like most about the interview process?

The interview process was relaxed and I felt comfortable asking questions

What are some of the best things about your team?

team works well together, supports each other and problem solves, without help from upper management

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Transparency. Communication. Less lining of their pockets and looking out more the livelihood and safety of their staff.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

health insurance is expensive, limited to HCA facility, even if provider established elsewhere, beginning of pandemic, PRN employees laid off, shut down specialty floors (womens health, oncology, L&D) but brought in retired persons to work. It was unsafe and unlawflul.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

less money needs to be spent lining Sam Hazen's pockets and more spent within the facility. Hire more people to work in the areas. I mean how does a CEO turn a profit in the middle of a pandemic?
