Team covers eachother as best we can for the lack of help we receive from management.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how instead of giving us decent pay and allowing us to use PTO, they give us candy or pizza.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lower skilled staff (environmental, secretaries, security, communications) are paid less than gas station employees. We have patients lives and safety in our hands.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I would get rid of the useless staffing company. I would get rid of the AI run application process. I would actually hire people instead of pretending to.
