Have not seen his face once during the whole two years of the pandemic! Wish he and all the other executives would just acknowledge that the last two years have been horrible and a drain on the physical and emotional well-being of all the employees who have stuck it out. Retention bonuses? NONE!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Staffing and ratios. More visiblity of top management.

I interviewed 20 years ago. I think it's harder now from what i hear.
What makes you most happy at work?
Break time - no, rarely get one Coworkers and clock out time! Knowing i did my job well!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
If they would just acknowledge how crappy its been. Instead, they want us to pretend its been wonderful and positive. Staffing has been hideous!!!! The work loads unsafe.
