Equipment is always breaking. The broke equipment is never replaced. A bandaid is put on the broken equipment until it breaks again. I feel that HCA corporate does everything possible to make sure money is goong back into their own pockets and not upgrading equipemt or giving necessary pay raises.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because HCA does not support our needs within our facility to be able to do our jobs well and more efficiently. The pay is shockingly low. HCA would rather allow good veteran staff to leave and replace them with contract staff just so a pay increase can be avoided.
