Constantly put in unsafe situations which they tell me are not unsafe. 32 years experience and they care NOTHING about feedback from employees. I spoke up and got CANCELLED. It has become impossible the past few years. Treated like dirt instead of the professional I am.

It all comes down to staffing and this company does not care about retention

Nobody is happy. It's just getting worse because management won't take our feedback. Morale is very low.

Could not talk openly and honestly with the recruiter because she took what I said and misrepresented me to upper management
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Start by pretending to care and then progress to actually genuinely caring about the well being of your staff. Be a human being.
