Teamwork, uplifting. we all care about each other and work life balance and always keep each other in check to ensure no burnout.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leader and the team truly embody the mission and values of HCA. We are all ethical and set the expectation that it is expected by all. My boss is amazing.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel I am compensated fairly as compared to others in my role. I feel though that more emphasis should be placed on experience and education. Having an advanced degree sets me apart from others and should be considered
What makes you most happy at work?
Serving our communities and delivering exceptional care to our patients. I feel we are aligned and know we have work to do but it is fun because we are setting up our culture to be an accountable one from the top down and the bottom up.
