We work remote and quarterly we are able to address concerns and problem solve issues that effect our productivity.

I have a management team that displays, courage and integrity and care to their employees. It makes showing up to work exciting and proud to part of the HCA family

We work at a high volume high pace. We have total autonomy which can make it difficult. Our team is able to assist at anytime with each other in a supportive way.
