What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Healthcare should not be a business. It should focus on the needs of the patients. And value the people that can provide the best care.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation package is good. It provides personal time and great match on 401K. It does provide medical insurance, but being in the medical field its not the best.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
This company has forgotten that they exist because of patient care. Being a hospital, the patient should take priority. This company is making changes and decisions that are not patient based. Some of these decisions actually can put patients at risk for injury.
