Being able to bring patients to positive outcomes.

It was pretty simple, straightforward, no trick questions or overly ridiculous questions.

My immediate manager does everything she can, within her power, to make sure we have what we need, when we need it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are the best team around, we all get along, and make sure our patients come first. Everyone has each others back.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In our department, we are all generally happy except for how much call we have to take. Sometimes, we get abused and expected to stay beyond our hours.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our benefits keep getting worse and costing more out of pocket. They also cut our retirement matching, took away PTO, and pay below national average for similar jobs.
