At such a large organization, you may expect to feel disconnected from the leadership; however, HCA Healthcare manages to create a real relationship between our leadership and our colleagues.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team represents the essence of teamwork. We all work hard, but know how to play to each other's strengths. There is always someone to lean on or connect with when you're confronted with a challenge. We really enjoy our time spent together.
