The energy, enthusiasm and each one brings something different and unique to the team. We really are a big family all invested in one another and growth within our team. It is a direct reflection on our servant leadership.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have our backs. They are supportive and encouraging. They lift us up and encourage us to expolore new ideas and bring those to the classroom. They exhibit our mission statement and our values with everything they do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I'm going back to my team and leadership. How they embrace our Mission statement and our core values. The team reaches higher everyday and tries to do better each day. I really work with a Dream Team and Dream Leadership.
What did you like most about the interview process?
When I was first hired, the team lead vetted me over the phone, then I came in for an interview with the manager then a peer interview. I will admit the peer interview was a little daunting, but I quickly realized that in order to be successful, everyone needed to be invested. Process works!
