What are some of the best things about your team?Great group of people to work with - collaborative, hard-working and fun to be around
What makes you most happy at work?Seeing the difference that HealthLoop makes for patients.
What do you like best about the leadership team?Great team that is supportive and goal oriented. One of the nice things about HealthLoop is the constant positive feedback from patients.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Executives not communicating about the future of the company. Several of us starting to pursue other possibilities.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The pay is below average but this is a startup.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?We are wearing many hats and the current pace of work is "get it done yesterday" mentality. This is not maintainable and very stressful.
