often I would not even see for the GM for months because she had 2 other properties, even when she was on property she never left her desk.
Communication...... Do not enjoy when they do not explain from the beginning of what is expected..... Feel like they coax you into a position that isn't yours and make you feel like it was your job from the beginning
Review from Operations Dept
They should be qualified for the job they have been hired to do.
Listen to employees that ask for help. Dont help them in tasks they do not ask help for help them in the ones that they are. Instead of getting help on stuff known only to have me fogure out what i dont know and need help with since no proper training was ever provided
Listen to everyone and not try to be out the door everyday at 4:49pm while we all work 12+ hour shifts 24/7 for you
Receiving my earned vacation time all at once. So I can at least take a vacation
Management fought the union for over a year to give us a very small raise
I would like to understand the benifits more and would like a chance to possibly move up in the company.
The company messes with bonuses.
Unfortunately 300 words is not going to be enough from the constant frustration, degrading, plain disrespect I have gotten over this pass year

A lot...we all feel you have zero apprrciation up there
The Senior team leads by intimidation. Performance has suffered.
Direction. We need a better sense of direction.
Stop wasting people's time if you have no intentions of hiring externally. Half of the questions they asked could've been an email.

No interview at all, no drug testing of background checks
Don't automatically hire over the phone, don't let the interviewie ask "wait shouldn't I come in and interview in person?"
Be more truthful. No training besides videos provided, learn as you go, no support provided
Seem to be more enthused about a new person wanting to come work here.
need better staffing ,ran to thin
Change the Management & improve training
The hotel was teeated more like a restaurant than a hotel. The second anyone complained $500-$1000 were cmped instantly out hotel is more of a countr club for the area this compensation made guest extremely entitled and belittling employees
We need a ton more staff and a gm who can actually help the departments get tasks done then a dictator who has no idea how to run a hotel.
