How do I do well in an interview at Hilton?

How would you describe your overall experience interviewing at Hilton?
Initial corp managed properties have adopted an automated video interview for initial screening. Dont like it. Then you meet in person if they like your video. Then you get to go through some carefully scripted interviews. The work environment at a corp hotel much better than the actual interview process. Franchise properties the opposite of everything above
What's the pay like for Sales roles at Hilton?
Franchise usually lower than you can get elsewhere. Corp very good.

Depends on location.

Fantastic to horrible. Depends on property.

Depends on property. Anywhere from very good to unacceptable.

Completely depends on if its a franchise or corporate hotel. The market and the sales manager. Also depends on position. Anywhere from a couple hours to several days

Very fair base. Bonus should not be capped. Need. Bette benefits

My leadership is very disconnected at property level with industry trends, etc.

We have an out of control Chef who is also the Ditector of F&B . No checks and balances
