When we are stretched to our limits, we go beyond and chip in more.
What makes you most happy at work?
Completing my tasks, laughing with the residents and petting their furry critters, singing to one of the birds, too. This makes me happy. That's how I roll.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are both at times. I prefer even keel, without the major swings. Right now, after losing a couple of people, we are short-handed but we work more effectively together. Now, we are becoming amazing together.
