You are constantly expected to do things that are out of your job position. There is a severe lack of training as well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team are friendly individuals but oblivious to everything.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
All the gossip and degrading tones and comments need to stop.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is absolutely no communication in our community. We could start the improvements there.
What makes you most happy at work?
Doing what is actually expected of my position instead of helping other workers make up for what they are lacking.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was easy and mostly biased which I don't believe is fair. It is definitely about who you know with this company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I go above and beyond for what's expected of my position and yet when there is mention of increased compensation I get laughed at in my face.
