When the abusive behavior and comments started coming from the upper management, I requested that it stop. Since the initial request, I have been targeted, singled out, and continuously abused verbally by the superiors above me. Management isn't there to support and help the little guy!

My residents are the best thing about my Holiday experience thus far.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview was light hearted, fun , and exciting... it was very misleading in regards to the actual work environment you suffer thru each day.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The management team is not supportive of its employees. The management would rather allow their employees to be abused by a member of the management team than to work short handed to replace the abusive individual who lashes out at residents AND employees just the same!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There have been many meetings regarding the actions of the superiors in my facility. One of the higher ups has been allowed to cuss out residents, cuss residents family's, and continues his abuse on the staff daily in his position of power. An improvement would be to dismiss him from his duties!
