The community is unique. The residents are good people. Bad communication with our chef and our kitchen and servers.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Could we get more chefs or a better one thats not rude to us.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
A chef whose a team player and doesnt have a superiority complex when dealing with servers or women.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like serving my residents. Bringing them their food and conversing with them is something I look forward to when I work. Unfortunetly when I run out of supplies like drinks I dislike their dissapointment. I have to lie to them and tell them were out when in reality we might have more in the kitche
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I work as a server at the community I work at. The managers arent hard to communicate but our kitchen is one of the most stressful experiences I have to deal with. No employee should have to go to work and deal with a chef who refuses to listen to you or disregards what your concerns are. Help?
