It is good. I got bored with serving and housekeeping. So, I found a new job. I am going to stay here part-tone for a little longer. I have great work friends! I just don't appreciate that sub-par employees who openly insult residents and fello associates are allowed to remain employed.

It's based on behavioral observation and questions are quite open-ended.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They try to stay involved with each building. They also utilize new technology and resources to better serve our residents. They are also pretty good about teaching out to and communicating with associates.
