What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love my managers commitment to the well being of the entire team. I know that she cares about me as a person not just as a worker. I have never worked somewhere where I feel this supported by a manager

What is the best part about your compensation package?
salary, unlimited PTO, wonderful health insurance package, summer Fridays/holiday breaks

The benefits - the team constantly is rolling out new benefits that I didn't even know I wanted; that kind of proactive updating is really exciting having come from companies that have stale compensation packages that may never be updated.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The team comes from such diverse backgrounds where everyone has different specialties. Everyone is always happy to step in and help raise the team when needed; they see the bigger picture and share the same mission.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The positive attitude the team shares is absolutely infectious. I consider myself to be a cynical and sarcastic person, but the positive attitude has changed my mindset to be more positive as well!

What did you like most about the interview process?
The number of people I met during the interview process and perspectives they had. Knowing a few faces during the first week at the company made the new position a little less intimidating.

working flexibly and working with people who care about the company/what they do

The homeowners that we serve. In particular, I am most happy when helping homeowners who lost their home to a disaster; it is really rewarding to get them back home.
