Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are a bit below market level, especially with no bonus structure. Obviously incentive units somewhat offset this, however.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all seem to be humans working together instead of resources. There is time to play and time to plan. We're respected and respectful of each other.

I like being in my own space which I can do because I work from home. I get to maximize my day by being closer to the things I enjoy spending time on.
