Honeywell Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

vacation and flexible days package

401K match was among the best I have seen in the industry

The moving benefits are the best.

Hourly wage is the only good thing

The overall total compensation is fair.

Everything falls under fixed. It's a good salary structure

Decent pay and 401k match

It is comprehensive and fair

Review from Executive Dept

The pay is good, however mot worth dealing with the management.

My salary is well above average for my position, in the area where I live.

401k match except for it is paid out at the end of the year.

Pay is good, but the amount of drama the company brings on daily basis into work and personal time is not worth it.

Unlimited PTO. Hybrid work: 3 in / 2out.

Flexibility of options available to the employees.

Fair salary, unlimited PTO, flexibility.

it is very dynamic and unpredictable

Its very well balanced and competitive

Pay and compensation opportunities based on employee performance

401k match is really good

All the benefits are family friendly

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Equality and better payment dividebd

Compensation is not the only topic here, it is the overall quality which will suffer by losing the know how skill, let the non-qulified management run the company future, while enjoying the power and compensations they get.

Review from Engineering Dept

No. Compensation is not equivalent to me feeling my mental state is being moniyored as a case study

Review from Product Dept

More coverage for medical benefit

More stock options available for employee purchase

Benefits, especially health plans are terrible. They encourage you to avoid doctors with large deductible plans (8k and up) then use biometrics to try and force behavios

I feel I'm nothing more than a part gopher, I do three jobs rolled into one.

Review from Product Dept

A yearly bonus for high performers would be a good start

Comparable external roles receive larger equity packages.

Good performers are not valued like they used to be 10 years ago. Many times they're replaced with people from India for no reason other than the people from India work for a whole lot less. And in my experience they gave the people from India preferential treatment for training and gave us none

I was underpaid at my prior position and although I was given an increase, my performance was Outstanding, by the numbers, and I was held back so I went consulting and doubled my income..

Honeywell does not focus on pay for performance, bonuses are leveled by the budget and resource reductions take into consideration only salaries, so usually the highest paid are let go. So pay for performance (and value the high performers), such a basic concept, should be implemented here.

Anual increases always below market rate.

Im paid at least 20% below market for my role. Im expected to work at a higher level without the title - I would feel better if i was paid fairly.

Give every raise that Honeywell skips every few years blaming failed targets when each quarter they brag about record growth and high revenues.

we are underpaid for the workload and harsh overall culture.

Honeywell is very aggressive about keeping salaries suppressed, as a cost control action. Even promotions are restricted for compensation, so you need to leave and come back to really accelerate your compensation.

Motivating culture and vision that would overcome poor comp package

Always state employees are most important asset but fail to pay market rates even to above average employees. Poor pension contributions. Have slowly eroded contribution package over the last 10 years

My position is a skilled position yet mine and other coworkers compensation does not compare with competitors. The health insurance is a joke.
