Better connunication and measure impactof spin
Hands on management with proven track record rather then useless non technical management which drives the company ion the wrong direction by inexperience. Having 1:1 meetings weekly, inimidating the good employees is not the way to go.
Review from Engineering Dept
They need to train their managers leadership skills edpecially encouraging the team with positive environment and realistic exoectations on work deliverables.
Review from IT Dept
Recognizing customer lifetime value and a culture of enabling each employee to take innovative risks
Leadership. Courage. Integrity. Ethics. Growth
Equality and better payment dividebd
Compensation is not the only topic here, it is the overall quality which will suffer by losing the know how skill, let the non-qulified management run the company future, while enjoying the power and compensations they get.
Review from Engineering Dept
No. Compensation is not equivalent to me feeling my mental state is being moniyored as a case study

More coverage for medical benefit
More stock options available for employee purchase
a better leadership structure could align the workforce in a positive way. until the goal if effectiveness not efficiency, it will not happen
Stop stealing money from the company.
Spend more time focussing on strategic growth areas and less time debating insular financial concepts.
Too many remote teams meetings. We dont all need to be on every call.
Tehy cannot do mych until the leadership changes the work environment
Value people not just shareholders
Need yo increase the workforce amd reduce the stress on employees for over workload
Review from IT Dept
The focus needs to be on the customer first, the employee second, and the profit margin third. Too many decisions, many originating from HR, put customer and employees last.
Review from Executive Dept
Investment in people and products.
The CEO should value people more than his generous stock options
make it honest, most of the role is hidden behind a word salad job description.
Much more integrated interviewing and faster decision making. It was a 6month hiring process.
Humanize the process of selection
When I interviewed it was virtual even though the position was relocation. Would have been much better to meet the business leadership in person and meet my team ahead of time.
They need to be more honest.
Supplier control & logistics improved & continue offerng classes to help us employees improve our technical skills
End Racial discrimination and provide fair training.
Review from Engineering Dept
Racial discrimination and lack of the ability to keep good workers due to the constant training issues
Very little customer collaboration. We are viewed transactionally and have not developed a platform approach to marketing.
Leadership does not have a clue about where to take the company. Only very, very short term actions, no strategic thinking whatsoever.
To accept new ideas. To stop doing the same over and over without questioning why. Replace leaders who are there just for the time, not for the knowledge, with good leaders.
Respect for our facility.and town.
