Review from Sales Dept

We have everything just as most competitive companies. You come in and immediately have benefits. There is no probation time period you have to do before you can qualify for your benefits.

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

being paid a competitive salary. i'm just a few years from retirement so I'll just suffer it out

There are minimal to no salary increases, limited healthcare options

Review from Engineering Dept

There is hard to talk about it.

healthcare benefits are not good.

They did away with pensions in the late 1990s and went with the industry typical. Since the new norm is to outmode and phase out job descriptions, it really doesn't matter whether there's retirement. With the laughable so-called "affordable" medical care, no one is satisfied with their "benefits".

There have been no raises for 6 years or more while the economy continues to grow every year. A substantial raise would make me feel better, but that's not going to happen.

women not paid equal to men

Review from Business Development Dept

Better merit increases and stock

Review from Sales Dept

Took a very low offer

Review from Engineering Dept

401K match is deeply flawed (0% vesting at all until after 3 years of employment, including if they decide to eliminate your job, a frequent occurrence).

Review from Engineering Dept

I have been already announced that I'm not going to get any bonus whatever the work I'll do

Employees are treated like disposable parts. Management will lay off anybody at any time to make a buck. Employees do not benefit.

Review from Engineering Dept

No raises for the last 5 years. My pay has effectively decreased because of inflation and rising cost of benefits.

better salary for long tenure employees

There is almost no compensation. Most yearly bonuses are pitiful at best and none existent at worst.
