It is not the coworker's fault. The company replaces excellent experienced workers with inexperienced lower paid people
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No raises for the last 5 years. My pay has effectively decreased because of inflation and rising cost of benefits.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Remove the constant fear that of being fired because I live in California & they can hire someone with no experience Boise for $10k less.
