The openness of communication. I'm encouraged to ask a lot of questions, of a lot of different people. Curiosity translates into passion for the work.
The company is open to new ideas, they realize they are not right about everything and there are plenty of areas to improve, so if you like solving problems, this is a great place.

Great communication and support when it's crunch time with a lot of projects getting juggled. It sounds stupid but until you're on a team that actually puts in the teamwork, you can't appreciate the simple stuff that's normally expressed in buzzwords.
