Their transparency and hands on approach. No one in the company, regardless of tenure/level, feels that any task is too beneath them. Our Leadership team is always stepping in to help

The people. Their drive and ambition keep you going and everyone lifts each other up to push them. Also the fact that way get to build things in our role and have autonomy over what we do
What did you like most about the interview process?
The conversations with everyone. It didn't feel nerve-wracking. The interviewers just wanted to genuinely chat and get to know you as a person, which means a lot when interviewing for a new job. The interviewers are ultimately what sealed the deal in my decision to accept the offer
