What is the best part about your compensation package?
Stock options that vest monthly instead of annually. They also pay very competitively for my role and the bonuses for working hard are very generous.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is not a mean person at this entire company. Everyone is so willing to help even with minuscule requests, which makes starting the job very easy as well.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that we help people gain fair access to their identity and benefits. So when I sell the product I know that I am selling a product that will help people.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Leadership team is ultra transparent about what is going on in their departments and themselves. The leadership truly wants what is best for the individual as well as the company which is a rare balance to see.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Everyone you meet throughout the interview process is so excited about working at ID.me and has nothing negative to say about it. The interview process is long but it ensures that everyone you work with is of top quality.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is bought into the idea that if we are nice to everyone else that we will make the work environment a better place and it shows. People are so excited to be at work and truly love the people they work with, its extremely contagious.
