What did you like most about the interview process?

Everyone I spoke to was brilliant and I was more excited to speak to the next person about the company, their job, and future.

What makes you most happy at work?

Our mission benefits millions of Americans daily and we are working to be the identity layer of the internet and act ethically while doing so.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The core values are not just some corporate jargon and I feel they are embodied daily. My favorite is ask questions like a 5 year old!

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team seems open to feedback and are approachable people. Their titles are meaningful, but they encourage open dialogue. Very much a large start up environment.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The base salary is good and there are stock options and commission based on performance. With so much growth, it can be stressful but certainly can be a lucrative career path.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone is willing to help and share knowledge. You can reach out to pretty much anyone in the company across departments and they are willing to help however they can. At the same time, everyone is very busy or booked so finding time to connect can be a bit difficult.
