It's a job that means well but you can see them trying to figure everything out in real time. If you are in the Tampa office, you really don't have any options for meaningful growth.

They believe in what they say.
What are some of the best things about your team?
It's laid back since our department only do emails and you don't have to worry about other people being on calls.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Did all three interviews back-to-back-to-back and one of them didn't know the difference between empathy and apathy so that made me feel confident in my abilities for the job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's essentially a call center so you are just a cog in the machine and you aren't really an individual. Getting paid more would be nice but it isn't expected.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The unemployed needing to get verified are typically in an emotional bad place to begin with so their anger is typically at life and just focus it on us. To make it easier for people getting verified you probably need to make it even more simplified with pictures.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Culturally, the company is trying to be a laid back IT style company but still likes to micromanage. However, the work is really easy once you get the hang of it and since they don't really incentivize being better than your peers you aren't obligated to go above and beyond.
