It feels more like a family than work interaction.

Everyone comes from such unique and diverse backgrounds, and are able to work together cohesively. Each persons talents bring something needed on the team.
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning how systems work, learning how the interruption of systems affect production, the social engagement and team spirit activities and simple things like accommodating with snacks and beverages
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that I was able to speak to an employee with tenure, who was able to provide an overall view of the company. I understand where the company was at in regard to growth.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that leadership is reachable and open to discussing ways to always improve the company. (Environment,Business Flow,Systems etc but basically everything. It helps to feel more connected and to feel like a contributor to the team.
