What are some of the best things about your team?In the face of executives we band together and make the workplace comfortable and fun.
What are some of the best things about your team?My team are among the best in the industry. they are knowledgeable, hard working, and fun to be around
What is the best part about your compensation package? My compensation package is fair and includes quarterly bonuses and paid time off
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Work is not rewarded to the person doing the job. Upper management and executives take credit for the hard work of others without ever acknowledging them. The extra hours required without concern for employee satisfaction, well being, outside commitment is way to high to also not have recognition.
What would you improve about your company's interview process? The interviewer was openly negative. "don't listen to the news we aren't filing bankruptcy! it won't happen! everything is fine" it was alarmist and seemed to cause concern where there wasn't any.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Leadership is headed in the correct direction, however there is still a lot of old school thinking that needs to go so we can continue to move into the digital age
