I did not need to "negotiate" to get a fair wage. The offer provided was great from the get-go.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
most people are very nice and humble. people are smart and they care about what they are doing but they are helpful and kind.

It's genuine. It's not forced culture for the sake of being relevant or "cool". I've never experienced a company where the "fun" slack channels are active every day with people engaging in conversation with people from different departments/teams.
