What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There is a lot of respect between colleagues. There are the odd ducks out but the culture at Infor is very much about respect which I truly appreciate.

What makes you most happy at work?

New and difficult projects. As we on board more customers - our systems must become more robust and able to handle increasingly complex business cases. This is what is most interesting about our work.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Healthcare is terrible. Pay is not on par with what other tech companies pay. I dont believe i am severely underpaid but with healthcare costing me what it does - it definitely feels like a lot less money.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The executive team seems to be changing frequently. Since Kevin has taken over, yhere have been some changes implemented. I appreciate how the executive team has reacted to feedback from clients and the market as these changes took effect. They seem to know what they're doing.
