What do you like best about the leadership team?
The executive team seems to be changing frequently. Since Kevin has taken over, yhere have been some changes implemented. I appreciate how the executive team has reacted to feedback from clients and the market as these changes took effect. They seem to know what they're doing.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
401(k) plan through Koch Industries/Infor
Fair compensation. Potential earning ability.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Include physiotherapy and higher ratio for optical benefits. Don't just highball us at the start, consider salary adjustments on an annual basis.
Healthcare is terrible. Pay is not on par with what other tech companies pay. I dont believe i am severely underpaid but with healthcare costing me what it does - it definitely feels like a lot less money.
+40% pay, cover all health insurance premiums, fully match the 401k like comparable tech companies do.
Salaries are lower for women that are as capable or better than counterparts
Pay is not up to standards and annual reviews with compensation increases are the exception.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I'm impressed with their level of competence and adaptability
Comradery and friendships are good. The employees demonstrate willingness to do best for customers, but many foolish decisions since Koch involvement is ruining the motivation.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Quit and go someplace you can actually learn UX. Not someplace where they build the plane as their flying it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a lot of respect between colleagues. There are the odd ducks out but the culture at Infor is very much about respect which I truly appreciate.
My immediate team members Capabilty and willingness to get the job done.
Open to ideas from all contributors. Emphases on MBM principles.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Support from management for a consistent, positive direction to modern software development practices
More collaboration within teams & educate in cultural differences
Stop being such a ridiculous clusterf*ck of totally uncool jokers.

They hire anyone who is willing to work for low pay. Or they seek out sociopaths to be managers.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm most happy when I can help lead a team to a proper solution. They see my vision and then they are "off to the races".
New and difficult projects. As we on board more customers - our systems must become more robust and able to handle increasingly complex business cases. This is what is most interesting about our work.

The lack of training and available documentation for users make Infor's suite of product difficult to use for new and existing customers
