What are some of the best things about your team?Comradery and friendships are good. The employees demonstrate willingness to do best for customers, but many foolish decisions since Koch involvement is ruining the motivation.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?The lack of training and available documentation for users make Infor's suite of product difficult to use for new and existing customers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Include physiotherapy and higher ratio for optical benefits. Don't just highball us at the start, consider salary adjustments on an annual basis.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Healthcare is terrible. Pay is not on par with what other tech companies pay. I dont believe i am severely underpaid but with healthcare costing me what it does - it definitely feels like a lot less money.
